So I started watching Eyeshield 21 today since we had it for free on Demand and I was bored. (Funny how they just stuck subtitles on it and didn't bother to dub, but that's fine with me).

And I found out that I really enjoy it. I wish I would have followed it sooner. I'm on episode 6, but there are 145 episodes and over 300 chapters to read....I think I can do this lol /notorious for never watching or reading anything all the way through.

But anyway, yeah. I picked up Eyeshield 21 and so far, I like all the characters including Sena, which is rare. I almost never like the shounen superheroes, but Sena manages to be likable. Mamori annoys me like every other love interest/obligatory chick, but I heard she's not so bad later in the series, so my opinion may change.

This week's Boondocks was really....special. Lamilton was one creepy kid. And I think the kickball episode is my favorite episode thus far. Probably because it reminded me of the baseball episode of Samurai Champloo, which was also my favorite episode of that series XD.

I also bought the third volume of DOGS: B&C. The Priest is awesome.

Agreed about Sena. And yes, I'm sure your opinion about Mamori will change. kjfkfjak OHGOD so many awesome, lovable characters! And the story, too. I love this series. HIRUMA YOICHI IS SO EPIC FFFFFFFFF 8D

Oh man. Hiruma is made of win XD I love how crazy he is. And I like Kurita, too. He's adorable. There is a lot of awesome in this series. And yeah, the story's pretty good. But one of the main reasons I never watched/read it at first is because I'm not that into the whole football thing, but ffffffffff this series|D

I loved Sena as soon as I started reading. Then I started liking all the characters in it. Even the plain and forgettable Ishimaru~!

haha the same happened to me when I first started watching E21, just because it had a number. I thought I'd give it a chance, and up to ep.3, then I bought the comic, and my sister read it and liked it.

Have fun , and hopefully your friends don't steal all your clothes, leaving you with nothing but a frilly costume to wear. (That's my biggest fear about cons- irrational as it is- that my friends will steal my clothes and force me to cosplay or go out naked)
